Each customer has access to an agreed monthly support time allocation with top ups to this available, the SLA spells out the terms of this support cover giving you peace of mind that your systems will be managed and updated for you.

Typically scans are run remotely across the Internet however we can come on site when needed

Graphing Cacti/SNMP load levels and throughputs/bit rates

Customers with SLA support cover of more than one device or more than one hour per month are automatically added to the SNMP monitoring service based on Cacti, we graph the bit rates on ports for throughput measuring to assist in recommending when upgrades are really needed for Internet speeds and loading's for any of the core equipment that we look after for you
